Jumbo California Almonds 20-22 is one of the premium California almond variety. It is prized for its thin skin, smooth oval shape, consistent golden-brown colour, mild flavour, and easy blanching. The “Jumbo” designation refers to kernel size — one of the largest commercially available grading, typically 20 to 22 kernels per ounce. These almonds represent approximately the top 15–20% of California’s almond harvest. We let go of broken kernels.

Afghanistan region has been cultivating fig trees for millennia in conditions ideal for premium dried fig production: arid desert heat for sun-drying, cool nights for sugar development, and mineral-rich alkaline soil. Afghan A-Grade dried figs are characterised by their large, plump, whole form; their deep amber-to-golden skin; and an exceptionally sweet, jam-like interior. They are distinguished from Iranian, Turkish, or commercially blended figs by their consistent size, absence of blemishes, and markedly more intense natural sweetness. Afghanistan exports roughly 80–90% of its premium dried fig production, with A-Grade commanding a significant price premium over B-Grade or commercial-grade alternatives.

Once opened, we recommend consuming within 30–45 days for optimal freshness and crunch. The jar is reusable and airtight — simply replace the lid after each use, store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, and refrigerate in summer months.
